Justin, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He fully explained all the work required and the options available to replace our hot water heater. Work required was agreed on and Justin performed the work expertly. Good response time from when I called to when the repairman arrived. Price was typical of the area. Installation was fast (90-120 minutes or so). Justin G was the repairman, very professional and competent.

My heater went out around midday. I called and was quickly connected to a real person who listen to what issues I was having and made recommendations. I was informed of the prices for the service call and the price if replacement was required. The technician who’s name is John showed up a few hours later within the timeframe I was told he would arrive; he evacuated the situation and said a replacement was required and that he had one in his vehicle and what the final cost would be. I 100% recommend Water Heaters Only. They were easy to set up a service call, and the agent provided clear information on when and how the service tech would reach me. The tech arrived in the time I'd been quoted. He (John Burns) could not have been more courteous or professional -- he was efficient and thorough. And I am pleased with how he completed the job and explained the work that was done. I am so glad I called Water Heaters Only to solve my dilemma of a leaking heater!

Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Came on short notice when our water heater was leaking. Good quality replacement… better than brands at Home Depot.
