Justin was punctual, clearly explained the scope of work , he was simply fantastic (oh boy, he was very knowledgeable, impressed me from the first minute he came to give me estimate). No surprises as far as price of the heater and installation. The process of exchange of leaking tank heater to a tankless one was done very quickly and very neatly. I can't believe Justin did it all by himself. I got the estimate on Wednesday and the installation was completed on Friday!! I am a very happy customer.
Francisco did a great job. Prior water heater not installed to code and he corrected all the issues with the new unit. Highly recommend.
