John was awesome! He made what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience. He patiently explained what was going to happen several times. He also ended up fixing someone else's mistake. Great value, worth the price!

Mom wanted to leave a review and had a message she wanted to share: I was sick today, but I had the pleasure to overhear John talking to my daughters. Phoned yesterday, appointment set for next day. My technician Luis R. was on time. Gave me a quote on the spot. This quote was the best, and he was able to replace right away. He was done in about 2 hours. Can't say enough about the service I received. Thanks for everything.

Luis Rivas is the technician that came to my house in a hurry. He was amazing, he fixed all my problems. He waited for my landlord to give an approval to get a new water heater for 45 minutes. Once he got the approval, he went to the store and got a new one. He stayed pretty much the whole day and didn’t even mind all the conversation with my kids. He was funny and so professional.
