Matt was great. Prompt, efficient, friendly. When he left everything was clean. Other than the new hot water heater you would have never known he was there. Very satisfied.

Within 24 hours of my phone call, a technician arrived at my home. Matt H. was outstanding! He explained everything clearly, walked me through the work that needed to be done, and was professional and respectful through the entire process. I'm extremely happy with both the company and the service I received. I truly appreciate their prompt response, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.

We used Water Heaters Only 2 months ago. Communication and install were excellent. Luis R. was professional and did a great job. He also did a few things, which I assume all their techs do, to make the install even better and beyond code requirements. They also made choosing the right water heater easy. They were clear on costs and warranties, and talked about the differences between water heaters. This was a planned replacement, not an emergency.
