As the owner of a residential property management company, I am always on the lookout for companies that do excellent work for a reasonable price for my clients. We have been using Water Heaters Only for several years and have always been pleased with the results. Today I needed to replace a water heater in one of my own properties. Water Heaters Only gave me the best price and installed the new 50 gallon water heater the same day. Matt H. was polite, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

We worked with Waterheatersonly to get our tankless water heater serviced. They were able to send someone out within 24hr of the call. Matt was great and serviced our water heater under 1 hour. No waterspill or mess. Gave us good advice on how to keep it maintained. I chose the company because they have > 5000 reviews and will definitely go with them again. they also charged us at the lowest end of the quoted price.
