Max D. installed my water heater today and he did an amazing job. He was efficient, clear, and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision to move forward with the installation. The work looks great and the water is running hot. Highly recommend
John arrived on time and gave a good assessment of our options and then replaced our water heater with the unit we wanted within two hours hauling away our old one. His estimate before doing the work was slightly higher than the estimate I had received upon scheduling via their messaging system on line, but he looked it up and my initial price was honored and very fair. John was very competent and cleaned up everything. Plus they give a 6 year warranty which is great!
I had Julian come to fix my leak and he went over and above board in finding and fixing the problem. It wasn't the heater but connections and pvc that had blockage and he worked non stop to fix everything. He's a wonderful and caring young man and knows what he's doing. He deserves a raise. I would definitely call your company again and ask for him.
Marcus did a great job installing our new water heater. He explained all the processes thoroughly and did exactly what we needed.
