Great Value Called them in the morning about replacing water heater. they gave me a quote over the phone that was less than one of the big box stores. They arrived in the. afternoon of that day, and in no time installed the water heater. Great service and the installed knew what he was doing. Mr and Mrs. Gottberg Our water heater went out at night which meant no hot water in the morning to take a shower before work. I took a very brief freezing cold shower and then called Water Heaters Only at 7am. They were able to come to my house between 9-12. My husband stayed home from work to take care of meeting with the tech. My husband raved about the service that John Fantham provided for us. FAST, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT SERVICE Fast, clean and efficient. No surprises regarding pricing. Water heater went out early this morning, called and set an appointment (Paul) around 9am. Tech (John?) arrived around 11:30am. We have used Water Heaters Only, Inc in the past and will call them the next time we need a water heater. The technician John called within the 2 hour time frame and said he'd be here in 30 min. He answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable written quote. The following day they arrived about 1:45pm, called us and confirmed what was needed, gave they the ok and the job was done by 5:00 pm.
