Water Heaters Masters was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I called on a Saturday morning and the installer arrived before noon for an estimate, which I decided to go with. Two hours later David had the new Bradford White water heater hooked up and his workmanship looks excellent. Highly recommended.
We recently purchased a 75 gallon water heater from water heater masters. The installation was quick and went smoothly. Afterwards we had some issues with water temperature fluctuations so their technician Mike came over and isolated the problem and ordered the faulty part and replaced it. He was thorough professional. Their customer service is commendable. I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by owner and the technician they sent out named Sam. Same day service was so helpful! I appreciate the knowledge of both customer service and Sam. I had my bathroom shower valve replaced. I also had a new water heater replaced over a year ago. I initially called a plumbing service and their techs had no idea what was going on. I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns. When we decided to replace my 15 year old tankless water heater, he was able to have a new one delivered and installed on the same day. After a month or so, the water in my house is reliable and has never been better. Plus, I found the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Water Heaters Masters.
