Upon returning home from a recent trip, we found that our 15 yr old water heater had failed and flooded part of our garage. I called 3 service providers and found Water Heater Masters to be in the middle of the price range quoted by the vendors. Alex said he could get a tech out that day, so we had his crew do the installation. Called on a Sunday for water heater repair, technician Dave was out within a few hours to take a look. He was super knowledgeable, had parts on his truck that worked for our 20-year old heater, helped troubleshoot an underperforming thermocouple and then when that didn't fully resolve the issue, found that the landscapers had also tripped our gas seismic shutoff valve.
