I don't think I can say enough positive words about Robert to justify how I really feel... Our water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. That's never a good time for something like that to happen. Extremely happy with selection of this business. Our water heater reached end of useful life & home warranty didn’t cover. I got quotes from several places where prices were shocking. Called Robert & with just a picture could give you an accurate quote because he does the work & decades of experience shows. Robert is not only technically knowledgeable, great service in accommodating schedule. We got out water heater replaced on a Sunday afternoon. No nonsense no surprise; just straight forward product installed. Robert is al... read more
Robert deserves 10 stars. His responsiveness, expertise, communication, professionalism (and i could go on), are RARE these days.
I discovered Our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor…what to do? I searched for a plumber and found Water Heaters Express and called at 3:40 pm on a Thursday. Rob answered and was here in about an hour. Had the new water heater installed with new gas lines, water valve, bracing, etc within 3 hours of calling. Wasn’t cheap but nothing is anymore since 2020!
