I discovered Our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor…what to do? I searched for a plumber and found Water Heaters Express and called at 3:40 pm on a Thursday. Rob answered and was here in about an hour. Had the new water heater installed with new gas lines, water valve, bracing, etc within 3 hours of calling. Wasn’t cheap but nothing is anymore since 2020!
Edit: I returned home from my vacation and discovered that I needed to relight the water heater. Fortunately, Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to assist me with the task. He instructed me over the phone and got my water heater started in less than 5 min.
Noticed my water heater leaking and knew it was time for a new unit. Gave Water Heaters Express a call on a Monday morning and Robert came out and took care of me. Great service and installation.
I was referred to Water Heaters Express by a neighbor when our aging hot water heater started leaking at around 8pm the night before a huge storm. I was afraid no one would reply to me on short notice! I called Robert and left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes.
