I wish I would have found water heater specialists sooner. Another company had been out 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and all we got was excuses as to why they could not get my 2 year old water heater working. Dylan from Water Heater a specialist showed up, and quickly figured out the problem. He had our water heater back in action in about 20 minutes. I Highly recommend Water Heater Specialists !!
My water heater blew on Friday (6/27/25) Lisa got back to me on Monday, and by Tuesday i had a water heater installed., communication was amazing but even better than that was the job, i think he was a ninja because with the exception of a new water heater there was no proof he was ever there. the job came out flawless, i hope i have no more issues but if i do i know who to call, and you should too.. Lisa and her Co. truly strive for excellence, Don't delay or try to shop around, just call her you will thank me later
I called them to come out and fix my AO Smith water heater. They came out and opened it up and tightened some wires, according to the service man. Then they told me I had to replace my breaker. I replaced my breaker and then the water heater did not work the same. I called them and they said they would look into it and call me back. They did not call me back. Unprofessional and rude. Unsure how their company’s service sticker was placed on my tankless water heater unit but I’m removing it now. Get better customer service and stop allowing nasty, rude people to answer phones and book appointments. My money will be spent elsewhere. Posting this information on our online community board as well.
Excellent service and installation. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing a new water heater.
