Excellent customer service from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and I was texted a photo and name of the technician coming before arrival. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

5 Stars! the tech came to our house to replace 2 water heaters, fix some leaks and replace/reroute some pipes. He was extremely courteous and kept me in the loop as to everything that he was doing. He made some great recommendations as well. We are very happy with the service that he provided and would recommend Water Heater Galena Park to anyone!
I would like to leave a review about the service but I never got to utilize their services. When I called I was told they were too busy, extremely booked and no one made an attempt to schedule on a different day or different time. Very disappointed, if this is how they run their business Im glad they were too busy to take my business or my money, its better spent with actual professionals not amateurs.
