My water heater broke unexpectedly last night and I called this morning to see if he could help. He was there by nine and it was fixed by 1pm! I felt confident that he was giving me an honest assessment and his crew did a great job. It’s hard to find reliable services quickly and I am grateful for Willis! Highly recommended!!
Great Service! Willis is such a stand up guy. He was super fair in how he charged me. He quoted me more but it ended up being less when he looked at the job. I feel like we live In a time nowadays, that people are so greedy and they will take every single dime that they can when they can. When contractors come to my house to do an assessment and they end up charging me less than what I agreed to pay over the phone lets me know that they are a person of integrity and I try to give them their flowers every time! I was passing through the area to get out of traffic for a minute and this person cut me off and then blew at me after they did it. Terrible driver and probably was running late to give terrible service. Do not recommend.
Willis Cox charged me $800 for what ended up being 2 hours of work with the only material being some pvc pipe (that was after talking him down from $1000!). I feel ripped off for the work that was actually done. Work was fine but I can’t recommend because I feel overcharged.
Had a clog and the team that came out seemed nice and appeared to have resolved the issue (after cutting various holes in walls). Then I find out a few days later after they "replaced" the sink piping in our laundry room it's now leaking. Called and texted multiple times and they are failing to answer or even come back and fix the issue. I would have recommended them even with the minor mistake if they were more professional and resolved the issue but this is just horrible customer service.
