Steve promptly returned our call about a faulty water heater. He met us at the house and went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a minor one. He could have made up a story to charge us more but didn't. I respect that. Steve is efficient, honest, very reasonable, and personable. I HIGHLY recommend him.
