Our food was delicious and wonderfully prepared. I had the WILD ECUADORIAN MAHI MAHI...pan seared with hearts of palm, soy, raisins and brown butter. The mahi mahi was very tender and a good match to the sauce. At first I was not sure about the raisins but the sauce was so good I ended with eating too much of their great bread by dipping the bread in the sauce.
