DO NOT USE ARC! They left my house a disaster and walked off the job. What's worse is when they sent me the final bill after I posted this review, they followed the bill ONLY 14 BUSINESS DAYS LATER with a threat of LAWSUIT! So Feb 9 I get a bill, then Feb 27 I got a letter from a lawyer. All this after walking off the job. I wouldn't believe it myself if it hadn't happened to me. As a property manager, ARC Restoration has become my go-to company for all things disaster relief. Fair-priced and always willing to help. Vanessa at the company was instrumental in investigating what was the cause of a mysterious mold smell in one of the properties I manage. It was not easy, but she was fully engaged in finding the route cause and got it solved. A total life saver. With how strict Denver's new legislations are these days, I'm glad I have this company in my rolodex.
ARC was very easy to work with. The project manager for my myriad water damages, Chris, was extremely quick to respond to every email. They worked with my insurance to lighten the burden on me. Definitely would work with ARC again.
They communicated one thing and wrote something else on the estimate. Make sure they include all steps UP FRONT TO INCLUDE replacing and repairing or having to contract a different carpet cleaner and finishing company to replace baseboard, sheetrock, restretching carpet, replacing carpet pad, tack strips...before agreeing to their service.
The GOLD Standard! Chris and the team at ARC are second to none. When my mom’s house was burglarized and we had a closing in three weeks, ARC dropped everything and bought the house back to new condition against a tough timeline. If you are in a pinch, I would recommend nobody else but ARC!
