I had a great experience with ARC Restoration of Colorado. From the first call, they were responsive and professional, and they came out quickly to assess the situation. They explained the process in a way that actually made sense, kept me updated throughout the job, and followed through on everything they said they’d do. The crew was punctual, respectful, and careful with the space, and the finished results looked great. If you want a restoration company that communicates well and does quality work, ARC is a safe bet.

We at Focus Real Estate have used ARC for several of our property management emergency issues that have come up. ARC has been responsive, professional and very helpful. On one project the issue was very tricky, but ARC stuck with it and worked through a ton of problems to get the fix done right, never increasing their bid to accommodate for all the extra time it took. I was very impressed by their communication and determination to make the issue right. We'll be continuing to use ARC going forward.
Wesley and his team are fantastic! My project was particularly frustrating, but Wesley never wavered. He was extremely communicative and kind. The finished product is gorgeous. I would not hesitate to use ARC again! Highly recommend!
DO NOT USE ARC! They left my house a disaster and walked off the job. What's worse is when they sent me the final bill after I posted this review, they followed the bill ONLY 14 BUSINESS DAYS LATER with a threat of LAWSUIT! So Feb 9 I get a bill, then Feb 27 I got a letter from a lawyer. All this after walking off the job. I wouldn't believe it myself if it hadn't happened to me.
