I recently got several quotes for a whole home water filtration system & boy is that task overwhelming. I must say, I was so comfortable with John in my home, I chose to get a backwashing system that cleans itself & it’s truly been awesome. Get however many quotes you want, but I’m sure you’ll come back to this company if you speak or meet with John.

I have John install a filtration system in my home. great install and timely. however, i have needed to contact this company on numerous occasions as my system is leaking and absolutely no response from phone, text or email contact. Great company but literally no response to 12 attempts for service.

After a day of a small accident on the highway (not John’s fault!), John was able to get to my home after hours to look at my water filtration system. Unfortunately, the unit was shot, but John was instantly able to figure out why........whoever installed the system originally installed the pressure reducing valve between the filtration system and the lines into the house. Excellent, thorough, and professional job! John took the time (two hours) to answer all of our questions and ensured that he understood our problem before recommending a solution. (We had two other vendors provide estimates as well but John was the only one who listened intently before suggesting we purchase something.)
