If I could give 0 stars, I would! We hired Cesar to come out after we had a leak from our upstairs to our kitchen. He was very nice and polite, came over quickly and was very quick to push us to sign the contract so he could get started. Him and his guys took 2 days to demolish a small 4ftx10ft area. After it was done, he never once reached out and got ANY approval from our insurance company or even asked us about the claim and where in the process it was. He was just eager to get started. I called Water Fighters on a Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend out of concern that there was moisture inside my walls or under my stucco house. (My baseboards had lifted significantly and that was my warning sign) I spoke to Caesar and he came out hours later. He said he'd be out at 2:00, and when it was 2:00 and he knew he was running a few minutes late, he called to let me know. That was both considerate and professional. They did a great job restoring the water damage in my garage in a quick manner.
