A year ago when I bought my house I had them come out and install a system as they had the best offer of all the companies I had come out. They worked with me on financing and got everything hooked quickly and on time. Everyone I have dealt with from this company has been very nice and pleasant to deal with. I just had a service call a couple of days over a year past installing and again the process couldn't have been easier. I strongly recommend this company based on my dealings with to this point
Had their tech over today, said it might be “O” rings but did not have any and I could go out and buy some. Then said it could be the head but to fix it would cost half of a new softner but they could sell me one for $1,300 but would waive installation cause I paid $119 for a house call that he did nothing big but tell me to go buy some “o” rings. What a rip off
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John Atlee from Water Doctors regarding the water softener and Kinetico filtration in our home. John is extremely knowledgeable about the water softening and filtration process, and he did a great job explaining the options available to us regarding that process. We absolutely love our softener and Kinetico filter. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with John and Water Doctors regarding the water softener and filtration in our home.
Here is the thing...an amazing product and customer service...but even better, we were the one in a million cases of something going askew with the factory settings in our equipment and Water Doctors made it right. A great company, product or service isn't just about delivering the first time, it's about relentlessly fighting to help the customer when things DO go wrong! That's life folks, mistakes happen!
