Very easy going, simple pick up.
Purchased Water Depot water softener salt today. The brand has changed to a inhouse brand labeled 'Water Depot'. The weight of the bag has been reduced to 18.1 kg (compared to 20kg per bag in the past). Most concerning for me: I found several pieces of gravel in the salt; something that I did not experience with the previouse salt in the past. Depending on your softener, this may or may not be an issue; be aware that gravel is part of the salt you are buying.
Website said open at 9. Drive from Toronto. Google says 10 gps says 9 not well coordinated at all. The employee is an Asian guy with glasses who’s known me for over 2 years won’t even come talk at the door 🚪 and explain what’s going on. Horrible last time coming here.
Great location and AJ is the most amazing guy always so polite and happy. It feels like im visiting friends not running erands every time i come to refill keep up the awesome work!! Update - will come here for as long as possible always feels like visiting a friend when AJ is around!
