Terrible experience, System was originally installed with no problems and the tech team did a great job. The problem has come to getting replacement sleeves. First off I was sold the wrong part by a child at the counter which did not fit my filter and cracked. The new sleeve was completely different model than original part reused the old sleeve for a few months then returned to purchase a new sleeve second time around they finally sold me the correct sleeve but gave me the wrong o rings for the filter.
