We were just in to get some water and had Sully take care of us. I just wanted to say how polite and friendly he was! Amazing customer service!
I choose not to share my issue publicly but instead phoned, the person on the phone gave a $ only option. I send an email with my comments after that with no response. It's been months & I have not heard from anyone from Water Depot, very poor customer service. As a result they have lost a customer.
What a wonderful experience dealing with staff. Young man that helped me was a gentleman. Carrying jugs to truck and able to converse properly. Store was clean and ergonomically friendly Great location plenty of parking. Traffic light is handy for Kent Street.
