have had a very unpleasant experience with the Barrie North location, The RO system has been down for the last three months but as of today after changing multiple items we are still exchanging RO pictures and discussing the last repair time (a few months back) and who is going to pay without knowing the problem. I have been a Water Depot customer since 2007 or 08 but have never seen such disastrous customer service that does not stand behind their product just for a few months.
New store opened in Alcona in a plaza a year ago. First thing the operator does is remove a picnic table from a grass verge that was used by people visiting the plaza, people waiting for their cars to fixed at a car repair place close to it, people who bought coffee and a paper at one of the stores in the plaza etc.. It did not belong to him but he decided it "attracted vagrants". When complaints were made he promised to replace it, a year later nothing has been done. I would like to let you know that the Water Depot in my area (Hespeler Road, Cambridge, ON) is one of the friendliest and most helpful businesses that I deal with every week. Even though I am not able to wear a mask they are so helpful, carrying my water out for me and always greeting me by name. Many businesses treat me like I have the plague and take it upon themselves to give me a lecture about masks.
