I get so much assistance, removing the cap, filling my water jugs placing a new cap and carrying out to my vehicle. Everyone is so cheerful!!!
I came here today to pick up reverse osmosis water and the staff and service were exceptional. They do liaise with the Hamilton Water Depot and honoured my punch card from there, which earned me one free refill. The staff were very nice, helped me fill out the jugs and carried them to my vehicle. I am totally impressed and will be back!
You pay may be a bit more compared to others, but the service is really awesome, and helpful, I just needed to pay, that’s it, they did everything for me. Thanks a lot for your help, especially it was cold outside. I am not going anywhere else, this is my water place .

They go above and beyond to help—not just remembering my name, but recognizing everyone who walks through the door. Their service is so inspiring, it even made me consider opening my own water depot!
