Excellent customer service, everyone here is super helpful and nice and they are very quick and efficient. I am always in and out within 5 minutes when I come here.
I really was wow'd by the woman who answered the phone to help us. I called to check if my softener was in warranty but she confirmed it was 15 years old now; however rather than try and pitch me a service or a new product, she spent her own time helping me troubleshoot the issue and it worked!!! In this world where everyone is trying to take advantage of you to sell you a thing you don't need, it was a real special interaction to have someone help me free of charge when I had only called to confirm warranty info.
