I’m not one to leave a bad review however, I had a disappointing experience with a service technician. They arrived unprepared, lacking basic supplies like paper towels, and attempted to upsell a repair component without even inspecting my unit. They also failed to explain the troubleshooting process and instead told me to read my manual. Overall, their poor customer service and unprofessional attitude made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
Had an employee yell at me right at closing time when I was half way done filling my jugs. I can understand that people want to get home. It's my mistake for not checking the hours but there is a better way to talk to people then start off by yelling.
Helpfull and friendly staff
Had a service appointment scheduled between 10-1pm. Technician did not show up or even call with an update. Lost my business!
