Always Helpful, always Friendly. Highly reccomend!
Hours of operation make no sense. What business nowadays closes at 5pm and not open on Sundays. The off hours and weekends are when people that work have time to get they water supply.
I’m not one to leave a bad review however, I had a disappointing experience with a service technician. They arrived unprepared, lacking basic supplies like paper towels, and attempted to upsell a repair component without even inspecting my unit. They also failed to explain the troubleshooting process and instead told me to read my manual. Overall, their poor customer service and unprofessional attitude made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
