Friendly staff, it's water depot pricing right after hours. You fill station. For those of us that can't get to the store during operation hours, I think it's an extra dollar per bottle for the you fill!
We just moved into our new home. We had the service done by Water Depot on Essa Rd. I spoke with Eric he was great to deal with. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable regarding our water softener. We had it installed on Friday morning by Ron. He was very professional he also did the bypass for our lawn care In the backyard. Definitely won’t go ring dealing with this business. Thank you Eric and Ron. All the best.
I have visited this place a dozen times or so in the last couple years and EVERY time I have gone, the customer service is exceptional! I have interacted with a few different employees and they’re all the same. Warm, friendly, and consistent with going above and beyond in their efforts to help customers with their water and jugs. Hats off to the owner and the whole team…a place you can see that customer service is still very important to them.
Made a complaint about the 24/7 ufill area, problem was fixed promptly.
