I have visited this place a dozen times or so in the last couple years and EVERY time I have gone, the customer service is exceptional! I have interacted with a few different employees and they’re all the same. Warm, friendly, and consistent with going above and beyond in their efforts to help customers with their water and jugs. Hats off to the owner and the whole team…a place you can see that customer service is still very important to them.
Made a complaint about the 24/7 ufill area, problem was fixed promptly.
Been using the 24 hour ufill since it opened a few months ago, but for the last 6 weeks one machine hasn't been working and tonight both machines had no power. While the signs and lights say open.
