I was referred by my insurance company after a leak began in the downstairs of my home. Osvaldo & Matthew were both extremely professional and walked me through the process from start to finish. They left the area clean and made sure to cut the ceiling that would cause the least damage. They assured that the area was dry. Hoping to use the same company for the patch and paint work!
My water heater had a bad leak and caused a lot of mold and water damage in my garage. I got in touch with Jose and his team and they were excellent all the way through the process. He kept me up-to-date on what the next steps were, and the job was completed beautifully. They repaired my walls in the garage and made everything look brand new. Nikki was also very helpful and responsive with emails. I'm very happy with Water Damage Professionals and highly recommend their expert team.
After a pipe burst while we were out of town, Water Damage Professionals responded quickly the same day. They immediately began removing the water that was throughout our home. Since we were out of town, Jose Avila and his crew worked with our neighbor who was our contact person on site.
