Dansel and company completed my flooring and they did an incredible job. His crew were so considerate and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I used Dansel Restoration for 3 water issues I've had. Overall they are a great team. I worked primarily with Fernando who was great at communicating through text. I'm not an expert in mold but the musty smell I had is gone. The restoration and reconstruction they did was solid (lots of drywall repair, baseboards, carpeting, painting, etc.). I was moving some things around in my closet and spotted mold! Yuck. Dansel Restoration had someone out quickly to assess how bad it was and what needed to be done. I did need some drywall replaced, and had been planning to re-insulate that entire wall already. Fernando got me on the schedule promptly and the work was completed in two days, including texturing and repainting the replaced drywall. I had a water leak from our refrigerator which ultimately led to having our entire floor in the house being replaced. My wife and I both work full-time and we have two children. The first thing that made me appreciate Dansel Resoration was that they are practically a one-stop shop and took care of every phase.
