I had the unfortunate experience of coming home to a cracked toilet tank and 2 rooms' floors flooded with water. I went through my homeowner's insurance who contracted with Dansel Restoration. Fernando and his team were very communicative, responsive, responsible, and efficient. We had some blips along the way, but they were resolved to my satisfaction, and I am left with a beautiful new bathroom and hall area for very little out-of-pocket cost. I would definitely recommend!

Restoration from water damage that came from upper floor. Floor/wall/ceiling especially in bathroom, all rooms' carpet and baseboard. [Good] - Project manager Fernando was very reliable - Perfect demolition/construction taking care of water pipes - Most of all, we were quite impressed with the people themselves worked here. The longest part was the bathroom construction, and the senior and young pair of specialists were especially polite and worked carefully and thoroughly. We should have written down their names. Dansel and company completed my flooring and they did an incredible job. His crew were so considerate and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Everyone was easy to work with and they really cared about about making sure that I was happy. Rarity these days, thanks again for the awesome work and the customer service.

I used Dansel Restoration for 3 water issues I've had. Overall they are a great team. I worked primarily with Fernando who was great at communicating through text. I'm not an expert in mold but the musty smell I had is gone. The restoration and reconstruction they did was solid (lots of drywall repair, baseboards, carpeting, painting, etc.). Daniel is very professional, honest with his clients. He gave me proper recommendation for white powdery substance in my garage. He's very proactive and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
