I recently had a pipe in a bathroom flood that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. I called Water Damage DMV and they came to the rescue right away. Carlos Escobar immediately got to work and did a great job removing the soaked heavy carpet, opened walls where necessary and set up the dehumidifier and fans. Carlos has been a great help to us when we had a flood in our apartment. our apartment flooded twice and when I called him and he was at our apartment within hours. I appreciate his response time, his great service, and great communication. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Carlos from Water Damage DMV. We had a water leakage accident in our condo and had to go through home insurance, which we had no idea what we were doing. Carlos was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was very attentive and answered all our questions from the start; which we appreciated! Carlos definitely gets the job done with great customer service.
