Very Disappointed With the Service The company came out to repair my garbage disposal. The technician, Josh, reinstalled the disposal but then informed me that there was also a sink stoppage and that I would need to open another service ticket to have it addressed. After opening the additional ticket, the company would not return to complete the repair. I made multiple attempts to contact them, but my calls were ignored. Solved two issues (shower, tub, etc) and diagnosed a third. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable which is nice for a change. Dealing with contractors can be overwhelming.

We were assigned Water Control Plumbing via our Home Warranty provider and they exceeded all expectations! Josh gave us an appointment date/window, but called to amend the time when an earlier service call had unexpected complications. We really appreciate this courtesy, which demonstrates that they value their customer's time. I was super impressed with the service I received. The plumber Josh was sent for my service and he was very diligent and didn’t rush the job. He also explained everything in a way that I could understand. I appreciate that this company actually cares about the work they’re doing!
