One of these reviews could have been us as the experience was almost identical to ours. Horrible service. Looked at our water softener for 1 minute, told us it was a piece of junk and tried to sell us a new one. Didn't do anything to repair it and charged us $279. "Bull in a china shop" is a perfect description; loud, rude and condescending. I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone else. I found it funny they cashed my check immediately after leaving my house. Not surprising based on their business practices.

I had a water softener installed for my friend's daughter. They showed up exactly on time, were very courteous and gave full information on the prices right away. There were no surprises and completed the work in a timely manner.

Jay and Pat promptly solved my issue with my drinking water. I would not drink the water from my facet until I purchased the water purifier they offered. The difference was remarkable! It was the best investment I made and will no need to buy bottle water again! Sincerely, Linda Hoffman

Call these guys to your house at your own peril. I wish I had read some reviews before I called them. I thought I was calling the service department for Surge Water Softener, but these two Jokers from Water Conditioning Inc. came to my house. They seemed like nice guys, but they have a good scam going on. They will charge you for a service call ($180 in my case for same day) and recommended that an additional $99 power wash may “fix” your problem, but it will not.
