We have a friend that has lived there since they were built... No complaints... We are hoping to move in soon! Been on the list for several years. Susie is so great to communicate with. The grounds are always kept very neat. The apartment I have frequented has always been maintained well. Love the layout and convenience of being able to walk the flat area outside. 55+ community Great apartments 860 square feet 2 bedroom comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a club house with activities and workout equipment. The maintenance tech Greg is great and everyone loves him.
Susie is wonderful and the place is beautiful.
My mom lived there 10 years and loved it. The 4 stars is because the Maintenace man, Kevin took my moms new shower hose to use in one of his lake houses. We paid $125 for it and I told him to leave it for the next tenant. He said he wanted to take it out and keep it for himself. I said if your going to take it out then give it back to me. Kevin said ok I will leave it. A neighbor Pat told me the new tenant said it was gone when she moved in so Kevin pulled a fast one.
