This has all been taken care of. The managers were very receptive to my issues and they were taken care of. Very happy with the results.
As of July 15, 2025, I am very unhappy with the concierge service that is provided at the Waterclub in Poughkeepsie. The administrative staff at this facility are wonderful. In the past, when other concierge staff members worked here, they could not do enough for you. Packages were often delivered to the door and they even helped me with my cell phone and computer. DO not expect any of this from the concierge service as of now. The boxes can pile up in the mail area and they are not sorted. One has to go through the box... read more
