This was a great spot to camp. There's only one toilet 🚻 so if your site is far from it is a good little walk. I highly recommend for a dry cramping. Peaceful spot, limited animals. Has a disk golf course so if your into that. Also it's free.
close to town and sound of the creek we’re in the plus column. however, a ton of traffic up and down the road, so dusty and noisy even after dark. and you’d be pressed to find an even near level campsite for van/truck camping.
We camped here for 2 nights and the spot was spacious and we enjoyed the big deep fire pit. The reason for the 2 stars is because we were having a quiet campfire roasting marshmallows and 5 cars of locals showed up and parked right around our camper at our private spot. They walked right into our camp and took pictures. They were extremely rude and annoying. They were inside our campsite for over 30 minutes. Way too packed with people and they're odd people that are probably mostly from their own town. Weird people looking in my car & trying to be scary. Haha. I'm from the East Coast, I won't put up with your BS and I didnt. 3 day camp limit is because of how many people pack in there. It's really dry and desert like, too crowded, nosey people. Don't recommend.
