We have done business with this company for over 10 years and every time I call them for something, they act like its a big deal to do anything! Waterboy stopped delivery of water to me with no explanation and no return of emails
Office personnel are totally incompetent!! This was my third home water delivery service since beginning with Waterboy years ago. Recently Waterboy purchased my former water service and wanted me to pay a deposit on all the bottles I had on my account. I kept telling them that I paid a deposit on those bottles long ago and was not going to pay them seventy plus dollars for the bottles again.
