Great service, Great spring water from NC. Highly recommend!
I had Water One and ,water boys brought them out . I called them for a delivery on December 8Th and they said they would be at my house on January 6. I told them to come and just pick up the empty bottles.
Very slow and did not come when there were supposed to come ! I was left without water , also the person that I called was very nasty and very rude . She was not nice and pleasing she was arguing all the time did not lissent to me ! I had to get angry !
I had Water Boy for approx 2 deliveries. It didn't take long to discover they do not do as they advertise/say. I ordered spring water. I got purified water but at the spring water price. When I cancelled my service online they delivered water anyway (I wasn't home) and then refused to take it back for credit. They said the "cancel account" on the account website is only for cancelling a one time delivery. Never heard of any such thing. Skip a delivery is when you don't want just one.
