We've been loyal customers for years (5+). Delivery was always on time. In January 2025, we got a new driver, and now the scheduled delivery date has been missed 4 months in a row or not delivered at all unless I call in. I don't know what's happened to this company, but I can no longer recommend them due to consistently unreliable delivery. Account 38555 if you want to look it up, Water Boy. I'm in process of moving my business.
Waterboy is an excellent company they focus on customer service with everything they do. We always receive excellent communication from them and they do their best to deliver great products right to our door and with accurate billing policies too. You will be very happy with their products and services.

Sadly, the level of service deteriorated after about 5 months or so. The driver no longer rang my doorbell to deliver water and would leave them in my driveway in the hot sun only to be discovered hours later. I called and made a request to notate in my account to have the driver ring or knock for deliveries, and yet still it was the same result.
