Sadly, the level of service deteriorated after about 5 months or so. The driver no longer rang my doorbell to deliver water and would leave them in my driveway in the hot sun only to be discovered hours later. I called and made a request to notate in my account to have the driver ring or knock for deliveries, and yet still it was the same result. Unbelievably poor service since the beginning. At first I let their mistake go and was willing to again. Now I am shocked at how I was spoken to and hung up on. I refuse to do business with any company that doesn't accept responsibility for their mistakes and could treat anyone so awful.
With Hurricane Milton on the way & my delivery due in the morning I called the office & spoke with Charlie to ask if my Driver, Rico would be on the road tomorrow with my water for the month. I expected them to tell me that they would closed as so many other places are. No, he told me that unless they couldn't drive because the weather was too bad they would make my delivery. That is the very best service you can ask for - You should check them out - I love WATER BOY!
So grateful for this company because they offer Spring Water. The best water to drink! Love the taste. I've recently notice it keeps my fresh flowers alive so much longer. I have always had issues resolved by the friendly customer service. They send out reminders of your monthly delivery. Highly recommend!
Very good company. Ivy provides great customer service. You can call her and email her onlike other companies where they want everything done online and offer no real help. Here real customer service is provided. You solve things quickly with a dedicated person. Easy to work with.
