Rude front desk people. Also the injections they give you to numb your areas were brutal. The results were decent but the pain during the surgery was brutal.
My experience with the clinic. Front desk attendents are not attentive enough to customers. It is very important to ensure people feel welcome due to the procedure clients are deciding to take on. When calling the office receptionist very polite and professional. The doctor's assistant help you feel comfortable with pictures and the overall procedure.
