I found Anthony to be professional, thorough & honest. He replaced my B3 trim sensor and in doing so, also identified a cracked throttle boot and a dead battery which he replaced. I asked him to check my lower unit grease, which he said was fine, whereas others likely would not have done anything yet still charge for it. This is my new Go-To boat contractor, he really know what he’s doing.
I am business owner also over 30 years. When I say I feel like I just got the shaft. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when I pulled the spark plugs that they charged me for and u could see those spark never been touched. I spent over 1800 in that shop waited for weeks and my ski still runs like crap. I say run and I have never written a review not right get honest boys.
Anthony and Salvatore miss diagnosed my boat and were going to charge me $4800.00 for eight fuel injectors. I did not agree with them and I took the fuel injectors to a different technician and all eight fuel injectors tested good. When I pulled my boat out of their shop to get the repairs done by a different technician they got mad and went up on his diagnostic charges from $1200.00 to $1600.00 I live on the lake and did not own a trailer. BEWARE HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE I contacted Water & Wheels Service and Repair to come to my home and take a look at my boat as it was running rough. Anthony (owner) told me this wasn’t anything he could repair in our slip and would need to take it to his shop ($400 just to come to my home for 30-40 minutes).
