Super pleased with all doctor at this location, especially dr.Scott 🫶
Problems all thru: Front desk is antagonistic for first time new patient parents only wanting the billing and insurance to determine any next steps. The intake process is very high in parents' burden. The worst off is they don't do strip tests in the office like all our prior pediatricians which resulted in a giant miss of strep which devolved into an emergency department stay which made us never forgive this office and its doctors. Big no.
The front desk is not friendly or welcoming. I was running late to my son’s appointment (which took me forever to get and was with a different doctor and location than usual) and called to inform them of being late. My son’s appointment was 3:30 I was there at 3:50. They advised me my son would not be able to be seen unless they talked to the doctor.
