Recently, lack of follow-up from staff. Also, leadership is aware of my concerns of retaliation from their staff and upheld the decision to terminate my lease. The termination letter came shortly after I filed a police report, per the suggestion of staff;due to an item being stolen from my storage unit. Staff provided contradicting details regarding the effectiveness of their surveillance cameras, prior to and during Law Enforcements investigation.
