Inept, incompetent, and the management team I met are a bunch of liars. Told my Uncle that if they were unable to get a PCA out to him they would be there to make sure that the company was not derelict in their duties! Please everyone go somewhere else if you need care. This company is only good for honeyed words, with absolutely no action! The only redeeming quality of Watchful Caregivers is that you are able to fire them!
