My time was wasted visiting the store today. I asked the rep a simple question about how much my watch could sell for, and he proceeded to lecture me on how invaluable the watch was and what a bad investment it was to buy from that brand. Not only that, but he preferred to target his words at my partner who was seated behind me, rather than tell me directly. I left without a quote or any kind of estimate.
