I've used watchdog security for the past 15 years with no issues. Steve wired my new house for security and surround-sound system, and has always been prompt to fix things when i mess them up. He has since taken care of my mom's new house and my daughters. Glad he picked up garage door repairs too, and has fixed mine as they have aged. Very satisfied with his work.
Inconsiderate, inconvenient, and unprofessional summarizes my experience with the owner of this franchise. The alarm system appears to have been installed competently. The garage door opener was installed but left without light bulbs in the power unit. In the early stages of construction, the owner agreed to do some minor home theater prep work.
