Bullcrap! The people giving good reviews are something other than a customer. I believe the rep was rude, and I believe the office backed them up. I was treated the exact same way. They're deceptive too. Will lie about cotracts. Tell you there isn't one, but the next thing you know you ARE in a contract. You'll have to contact the owner. Otherwise you will get nothing but the run around.
ALAN representing Watch Dog Security called my home asking to speak to the home owner. When I asked who was calling, he said "That doesn't matter. Are they at home or not?" Really? I told him he was rude and place my number on his Do not Call List (Even though my number is acitvely on the National Registry. He called back 2 more time in a matter of 2 hours. This has saved us a fortune in guard costs and really allows us to manage our sites and secure our metals and cash. Watchdog Security has, not only some of the best cameras that I've ever viewed, but the customer service is just as amazing.
I've this system on both my sites and it was the greatest security investment I've ever made. To know that my yard is safe when I'm on and off site eases my mind a lot throughout the day.
My biz is on southern detroit. Not the best area. But its good for the scrapyard I own and operate. The stuff may be junk to others, but its gold to me. So I need to protect it. Watchdog protects it like its Fort Knox. Sounds crazy... but I sleep so much better at night now!
