Have used this service for 35+ years. Watch overhauls, repair watches, of course, and fine jewelry. Master craftsmen, knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. Business conducted with honesty and integrity. A real gem.
Horrible service!!! Argued with me for wanting to go somewhere else for service. At the end of our conversation he told me that I was going to get parts from china and asked if “i understood?” In italian! Rude, racist, mean, and not helpful in the least bit. Avoid this place at all cost.
