It is always such a pleasure going here for my work. The teller, Brittany, is the sweetest person. She really make my visits more enjoyable.
Extremely unprofessional bank. You figure you'd get the local customer service dealing with a local bank. Nope. They didn't notify me when the banker I was working with left the bank. They gave me a pre-approval on a mortgage but then said they couldn't give me the pre-approval once our offer was accepted on our first house. I've gotten better customer service at a national Bank in 1 day than I did with them over 3 months.
