Quick easy repair at what I felt was a fair price. I stopped in to get a couple links removed from a watch my dad gave me years ago. $30 to remove two links and then I told him it had been over 5 years since I wore the watch, so he checked the battery and saw that it was dead. Another $30 to replace the battery and I was on my way! About 20 minutes total.
Expensive, poor work.
I came in to have my watch battery replaced. However, when I got home, I noticed that the watch had been dented. I’m very disappointed with this. There was no mention of the damage when it was returned to me, and it was simply handed back without any explanation. I find this very frustrating and unacceptable.
