Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. I've been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think it's a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.

I brought this gentleman a 30-40 year old Longines quartz for a battery replacement. My watch was ready in 15 minutes, he had adjusted the date for me (which I was having trouble doing), and he gave me good insights as to future options I have with the watch (e.g., there’s an upgraded movement that can fit the watch, the current value of the watch, etc.). A perfect interaction

His skills exceed anyone else I’ve gone to for either a complicated repair on a very high-end watch or simply a battery. And the best selection of watch bands around👍🏽

Friendly. I just walked in today to have my watch batteries replaced. Guy said $25, and I left to get cash. When I came back he had already replaced all 3 of my watch batteries. I go to give him my money and he said he meant $25 each, $75 total! Very steep to what I was used to paying in china town in SF (under $10). Felt pretty taken advantage of since I'm pretty sure he charged his friend before my only $6 for his watch replacement... At least it was fast but I will be looking elsewhere next time.
