Expensive, poor work.
I came in to have my watch battery replaced. However, when I got home, I noticed that the watch had been dented. I’m very disappointed with this. There was no mention of the damage when it was returned to me, and it was simply handed back without any explanation. I find this very frustrating and unacceptable.

Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. I've been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think it's a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.
