Store suppose to open at 11. And I came here and waited because I had to get my battery change and they not even open. Management is so poor to not open on operating time and this will be report the the better business
Told my wife they would return a watch because it was going to be a gift. Went back 3 days later never opened and was told no refunds only exchanges. I will never shop there again. That is called deceptive business practices
All I have to say... this was the ONLY PLACE that could change the batteries in my Movado. That's after trying about 6 different places (including the official Movado store!). Thank you my man!😊
