We received excellent service on both loans we did through them.

We closed with Watauga Title in the Fall of 05. Paperwork was improperly filed, and has not been corrected despite written requests and repeated phone calls. Its nearly 9 months later, and were still trying to get things straightened out. Poor customer service. Perhaps this is just one person dragging their feet, but thats no excuse in my opinion.
