I lived her over a year. The management is terrible. They are far more concerned with feeding a few residents than truly managing the property. The only good thing I can say is that the utilities are paid. The apts are dirty. There are roaches. The elevators are flakey. The heat and air is old and when it breaks they just give you a new old one. The stoves are tiny. They are constantly inspecting apartments because many of the residents cannot care for themselves.
Dirty, inadequate parking, full of residents that are unable to care for themselves, crime area, dark property at night.
