What a beautiful place..........arrived on Sunday for an extended stay on the RV site? We were welcomed by Phil and he couldn't have been more helpful....thanks, Phil. The river is so relaxing and watching the kayaking while dining on our deck is a treat. Great immenities.......feels like home........never want to leave! Beautiful cabins to rent and lots of outdoor space to have fun!

Spectacular is an understatement. Honestly one of the most beautiful cabin and settings I have ever experienced. I can't thank you enough for allowing us to come!! We will be back for sure.

Absolutely My favorite cabin I have ever stayed in and on top of that the river is perfect. Secluded enough but not too far from all the necessary things kids need. The cabin is so well thought out it is hard to describe.
We were so blessed to stumble upon this jewel on the Watauga River!! It was not a social visit we had a medical emergency in our family and we're coming from Florida, did not know the area well and were traveling with our family pet last October. We were treated so kind by the owners of this beautiful establishment!! We will defiantly come back to enjoy it next time on vacation. The cabins were very quant, clean, and well equipped. Everything was amazing, cabins where awesome. I would stay here forever and a millions year if a could. Everyone was nice. Every where you looked everything was neat and well kept. The Cabins we're beautiful
