I just had my left hip replaced at Wataga orthopedics in Kingsport. Doctor Tim Jenkins is great and so is the staff. Everyone at the watauga orthopedics was professional i go back. The 19th to have Staples took out GOD BLESS everyone j Wyatt
I experienced Very poor service and I needed paperwork from Dr and was sent out to 3rd party to fill out and I had to pay for it myself just to get my own paperwork for short-term needless to say I will never ever return to this place
I was wary at first seeing a new Dr., I have to say no anymore. Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist greets you immediately, after she gives you paperwork, they call your name for check in, before you barely sit down the nurse right there ready for you and takes you back. Next x-rays and visit from the PA Austin, exam and chat and I'm done with a reschedule next week. All within one hour. Are you kidding me? Impressive. My new Orthopedic office. Thank you guys for everything.
