Don’t ever move over here . This place is trash . Neighbors are very nasty and loud . Can’t even get too your door without the neighbors blocking the stairway with their loud guest . Everyone is always posted outside very ghetto area . Appliances are very old also had a bad smell in the cabinets Management treats the place like it’s bougie or something . Needs too be knocked down and remodel . I don’t know what I was thinking when I moved over here maybe the price range got me
I live here. It's bad. Noisy neighbours. Took me a whole year to get another stove. Then it came from Ft Bragg used appliances store. Neighbours will not clean up after dogs. It's the slums.
The Management Was Very Unprofessional. I Lived In A Roach Infested Apartment That Took Over 3 Months For Them To Do Something About. I Stayed Six Months With No Light In The Master Bedroom. I Had To call The Corporate Office To Get Someone To Come & Fix Numerous Problems. My Advice Is Dont Move In Oakdale / Watauga Apartments The Apartments Is Not Worth It And They Do Not Treat Their Tenants Right At All
