After seeing how they have treated the employee that I know personally that made sure the grapes harvested and were planted this is sickening. Especially being that HE IS A LOCAL.

This was an absolutely beautiful and tranquil place to walk and enjoy nature. My husband and I walked all of the trails and then around the lake. It was a wonderful.

Salvatore Malantonio is the best realtor in the business. He absolutely goes the extra mile. He absolutely bends over backwards to help you out, no matter what it may be. He helped from day 1 to the last day. He helps out every way possible. He is by far the best realtor I have incountered in 50 yrs. He went beyond what a realtor actually does. He went beyond the duties of what a realtor does. He was FANDAMTASTIC!!!!!!

Salvatore's expertise was invaluable for both the buying and selling side. I bought two lake houses using Salvatore and subsequently sold the first. He was patient and thorough in every step of the process leading up to closing and made sure all requirements were satisfied prior to closing. He has a thorough knowledge of Watauga Lake and the surrounding area and its real estate, which is extremely helpful during the decision making process.
