Words can’t describe how much I hate this place. It is the single worst gym I have ever been to. If your goal is to get an effective workout by lifting weights it is impossible. They use a compressed air version of weight and the machines don’t feel good. They lose air pressure as you use them and they feel absolutely terrible, they don’t even have simple machines like a lat pulldown. We love all the staff at the rec center! It’s a beautiful facility, and has added so much life and fun to our mountain community!
